*Minimum $50.00 bandwidth purchase required.
Clients are provided with real time traffic graphs that will allow them to monitor their bandwidth utilization. Bandwidth is not capped. Clients who exceed their commitment will be billed for overages according to the rates above. Clients that are billed at 95th percentile will be charged overage fees based on their current commitment level rate. For instance, if your commitment is only 5 megabits, but you actually end up using 50 megabits during a billing period, you will be billed at the 5 megabit rate instead of the 50 megabit rate.

| Service Monitoring (HTTP, POP3, DNS, etc.) |

SNMP System Monitoring provides a series of graphs that display usage trends for a server. We can currently monitor CPU, system load, RAM usage, and disk free space. This service requires an SNMP daemon (such as
Net-SNMP) to be running and properly configured on the host machine. Some graphs may not be supported by all operating systems.
Service Monitoring checks the availability of any host and it's related services at regular intervals. Should the host or any of it's services become unreachable, the client will be notified by email or SMS. Clients will also be notified again once the host or services are reachable.
